31st Dec. The budget for the 31st sudah approved.. Now its up to the committee to arrange everything within the budget. I think they are having the problem of choosing the right place.. I warned them already "try to book early.. if you delay, for sure most of the restaurants will be fully booked especially during year end as people will be celebrating the new year's eve..
